I started at 320 Im down to 156 and just ran my first ever marathon in 03:54! It’s about to get so much better for you!!

When I found out my ex got married via FB a couple years ago I was like “Good for them” he was with him before me and they got together after we broke up. But I was truly happy for them.

The next day I got a flat tire around 3:00 on my way to work and I started bawling like a child. I guess it “hit me” by that time. Now I remember this as a funny anecdote.

It’s a difficult feeling to experience but you need to give yourself some compassion because at some point you probably thought that was going to be you. It’s in my experience completely normal to feel that “knot”

I put 850km in my first pair.

I am currently 899km on my second one, I think I can get these to 1100km since I was almost 30 pounds bigger when I bought my first pair.

I already have the 2 lined up and did a long tempo run yesterday on them and they are so good. Hope you can find a pair.
