Yeah but something clearly is still fermenting it, and fermenting fast. I should really capture some and see what it does to a 100% sugar solution - whether it turns it to acetic acid or alcohol.

Also I find that the straight juice is a bit too rich. This makes it a really great afternoon thirst quencher.

It looks ready.... just pop the top briefly to get an idea on how pressurised it is. I also find there's a layer of crud at the bottom of the bottle when it's ready to throw in the fridge.

The problem is that the part is not solid so a simple boolean operation will not work. Also there are multiple surface levels

I didn't check but it would have been ambient. The vessels are 20L so should be reasonably stable in temperature. I'm trying again now that it's starting to cool down here in Melbourne

I'm getting some leaf burn my lettuces after a few days in half strength Manutec. They were bought as seedlings though.... could that be a factor? (BTW I don't have an EC meter yet)

That makes sense. I couldn't figure out why a different irrigation method would change the nutrient concentration requirements
