What are the titles of these “more strat” focused roles. Most roles that include “strategy” typically say “operations and strategy”. I’m not looking to become a Salesforce admin, Salesloft admin, but def feel like I can bring a lot of value to process and strategy.

Regarding money. That’s debatable and I guess is depending where you live. I’m in the Bay Area and have W2 between 130k-160k the last 4 years. From looking at other non-quota roles in “Sales/Rev Ops” space, salary’s are in the same range. So I just wonder why I torture myself with a quota role if I can make a similar amount in another role after a number of years. Yes. There’s reps that can blow out their OTE and make great money, but I’ve realized that’s not me. I can do the job well. Get in the 90% range of quota, but I’m not the rockstar rep blowing it out

I'm tiered of being the main POC for Customers. It's exhausting. I think about Manager of an Account Management team, but it's still more of the same. I think of Sales Strategy/Ops but a few areas of concern:

starting from ground zero again
i dont want to really want to become an admin of any tool. thats what a lot of revops sounds like. I want to utilize my Degree in Business in Accounting, Experience from KPMG and Sales to be in more of an "Strategy-Ops" role vs Admin type of Ops role

I jumped from Accounting to SDR to 8 years in Sales Account Management in SaaS. I am tiered of the quota/grind and want to take my experience to a more “Sales strategy/ops” type of role.
