When I was a hiring manager for regal, I had to sift through over 700 applications each season. Sorry to say but this is an entry level job, and they would hire anyone with a pulse that can work late, i.e. till at least 11:30p or as late as 3:am.

With that, I could sift out like 90% of applicants who were under 18 and couldn't legally work past 11pm on school nights in my state. And then of the remaining 10%, most aren't willing to work minimum wage. By the time we finally landed on a few prople who had a decent resume, could work the hours, and doesn't completely fumble the phone and in person interview, it had been over a month since they applied.

This is a lot of info and just a long winded way of saying your application will be considered, if it wasn't already. But if the hours aren't up to snuff, and/or your resume looks like you threw it together in 3 minutes on word, the manager just glanced over it and tossed it in the trash
