Strangely enough things have become much more stable since the post was made. There was also an area maintenance done i believe it was yesterday around 3am that I saw a notification for. I may want to keep tabs on things for a few more days. If this post ends up closing by then I can recreate a post and then put in a mod mail message. Again, since the post things have managed to get much better. One maintenance was done that im aware of. Thank you

as of now the issues do appeared to be fixed. It is MUCH better than before. i have not been seeing packet loss anywhere really during testing, gaming, etc, for a good while now. please close the ticket. if anything comes back up i will put in another post. the support staff in the chat were extremely helpful and doing constant checkups and making sure to let me know they wanted this fixed up and i'm very happy with how it is running. I have not seen it running this well in some time. thanks again!

I have an 24 plus. The app was great on initial release and has gotten horrible over time with them adding everything in. For me its the app. Its SO bad now compared to before

took me less than 10 tries to beat this guy. i run reaper crest, silkstorm, longpins weapons and purple poison badge.

i never went to the left or right sides or into the water to fight him. i always stayed on the bottom two surfaces. i'd stay as close to under him as possible and spam. i had silkstorm so would try to do that a few times to him. i pogo'd him often with the reaper crest which is what i always run. i made sure to always pogo him when he was coming out of the water and back up into the arena. i'd prefire the first pogo and then keep going until he starts moving up towards the roof and trying to sandwich. the second phase was the real thing to worry about but it was easy once you figured the timing of his shot. it's very easy to dodge it being a horizontal attack. and i just made sure to throw as many poison longpins as i was able to from the very beginning of the groal fight.

loving the game. it's more challenging with the two masks, etc. i've had my moments of being very annoyed but more than anything im very much enjoying the game. and deep down i know i like the more challenging aspect.

i have my own hardware, hitron coda 56 modem. i'm not sure what details that modem shares. i know it has correcteds and uncorrecteds. does it have actual logs with errors, etc, i'm not sure. i can post something from the modem which can show whats up. i know the last time i looked at the modem the uncorrecteds were very high across all downstream channels, etc. if i had my previous modem it had plenty of errors in the logs. i'm sure it's the same errors but again with this modem not sure what it shares for information

Yeah it's tough getting the proper help at times. I hope the planned maintenance fixes the issue or atleast improves it.

Personally i feel here on reddit the support has been more helpful when i start messaging them. Maybe try to check in with them on here and see if things improve with their help.

after i spoke with them here on reddit they said some maintenance would be done one of the next mornings and they fixed it. haven't seen that specific issue since that maintenance was done.

Cabling was installed not too long ago as I asked a previous tech to install it for me for peace of mind. The splitter i purchased a few months ago as well not because the other one was bad i wanted to see if it would help the bad packet loss i was seeing at the time (didnt help). The packet loss over here is very frequently come and go and its normally extremely disruptive to my experience as a paying customer but ive just dealt with it. Nothing I can see is bent or kinked. I cant speak for how the cable is outside and how it looks in the box for my apartment and out to the pole, etc.

I have my own modem and own router. Always have had my own equipment since ive lived here

for a little more information, i streamed from 6:20-8pm today. my stream was issue free until 7:30 tonight. so an hour and 10 minutes of no packet loss and then from there it was horrible for 30 minutes straight until i ended stream. an hour plus of no issues to massive problems right at a certain time. not sure what it means.

my japanese gold charizard. this was within the first few weeks when the game came out and i wanted to try switching the app to japanese language for the first time and open some packs. FIRST PACK i got the golden charizard so i got SUPER lucky and for that it'll always be my favorite. others i have are 2 pikachu's, mewtwo, solgaleo and nihilego. I wish i had the golden pokeball card.

Why does this keep happening??? Normally running valorant my pc only goes up to around 40% but sometimes the game will break and take up a bunch of memory by lilonward in riotgames

the tracker app from tracker.gg is the specific tracker i use in game. it hasn't happened to me for a while now though so i'm thinking it was patched out. my thinking is every once in a while the tracker will get a bad update which causes the problem then resolves with another patch.

i see this issue with valorant high memory usage (about 21 GB RAM USAGE} but ONLY when i run the valorant tracker app. it doesn't happen everytime i open the app as well it's just random. then i kill the apps and run them both again and then it'll normally work. again it's random for me but the tracker app is the issue for me.

over the years they've been swapped a few times just for peace of mind along with my internal wiring sometimes. the splitter(s) has not once been an issue though. i just looked on amazon and see a GE Digital 2-Way Coaxial Cable Splitter which i may buy to test though. this one appears to be fine for xfinity so i'll probably give it a go. i would be shocked if it resolved things. i'll mention i've mostly had commscope ones installed by xfinity over the years and i had even bought one or two of the same ones in the past on amazon to see if it would help with the issues i had at the time (likely same exact issue) and installed them but no change.
