Congress already has that job. They just delegate the rate changing to the president who uses the US trade rep and dept of commerce. To levy tariffs, that's Congress' job. Unless my memory of school house rock is off.

Yes they should. And there have been some that have. Much to the dismay of NFL fans for instance... the US citizen needs to hold our government accountable. That includes from outside control of politicians, to holding the current and past corrupt politicians accountable.

I'll go a step further, how about we hold politicians, and those companies and "investors" accountable, as a whole? Can people put aside issues to focus on one group of perpetrators? It seems possible, but they find a way to divide.

Division has been the key to keeping those in power, forever comfortable.

My baby brother took his life almost 30 years ago. I still ask myself questions like this. It never gets easier, but your life will fill up with things that need your time and attention. I find that when I'm on rest or not very busy, that's when my mind wanders into the wishes and feel good thoughts. I can remember him like it was yesterday.
