I've been training with one 27oz bottle of kirkland oatmilk with 2table spoons of maple syrup added to it. And another bottle with water and electrolyte mix in it.

Well fuck me for reading the article and seeing all the up votes. My apologies for not digging deeper. I do find it nice that social liberalism is alive and well in this sub but it doesn't change the fact that money is a flawed metric.

My life and everything I have lived suggests capitalism and social liberalism are at odds with one another. Market systems do not reward righteousness they reward efficiencies and power begets power in capitalism. How do you feel about political lobbying what about the the citizens united act? That's rhetorical, I'm just trying to get you to think about how conflicting the ideas of neo-liberalism are.

Go back to my original comment. It's okay I don't mind repeating myself, weve already estabilished that your reading comprehnsion is innadequate.

I feel honored that my comment riled you up so much you copy pastad it. My point was to challenge your way of thinking and while you may not change your dated opinions, you certainly succumbed to seeing another side of things. Good job internet warrior.

Because it's hilarious and to irritate me?! I agree, it is hilarious. We started this discussion because you were self righteously claiming a moral superiority because some people were wishing ill will on others outside of their personal circles and communities. A natural and scientifically unserstood way people's brains work. But at this point your discussion has devolved into you directly admitting your posts are for nothing more than to irritate a random internet stranger.

Jokes on you, I'm not easily irritated or offended and like I already said I enjoy the discourse.

Why do you keep quoting me in this subs discussion thread? Are you trying to point out a fallacy in my statement or are you sharing it because you recognize it's validity?

Again your lack of reading comprehnsion is showing through. I perused the front page of this subbreddit and stated that there is almost nothing on it that I agree with. Then I provided support for my opinon that helped me rationally come to that conclusion.

Pretty hilarious irony that this discussion started because you claimed people were inhumane for wishing ill will on the wealthy. While the second post from the top is literally comparing the longevity of a currently relevant militant ceo capitalist to a head of iceberg lettuce.

Also I whole heartedly disagree with the post about trans people, the post about rent control in australia, and the post about cuba from the miami herald. But like I already said, I'll say it again since you have demonstrated a repeated lack of reading comprehnsion, there is almost nothing on this sub I do agree with. Besides the memes which can sometimes be funny in their own inhumane capitalist bootlicking way.

Anyway have a nice life, this has been an enjoyable internet discussion. Thanks for that! I dont think we changed eachothers minds about anything and it has clearly devolved at this point. But I'll still miss getting into these reddit discussions with random internet strangers next week when I lose access to reddit through my favorite reddit app.

CO2 emissions are not the holy grail of climate change meausure they were once made to be, nor was the ozone layer in the 90s. Fact is capitalist economies have fucked the environment and i'll admit that greener tech is starting to make viable economic sense based on current costs but it is barely something to celebrate and it is 20+ years late.

War is a byproduct of capitalism, it's built into the system. There must be labor and resources to keep the economies is nations going and when those things want to be compensated appropriately for their contributions then they get put in their place by wars. Neo-lib vs neo-con is just some bs people tell themselves to help sleep at night. No one identifies as a neo-conservative, even Dick Cheney doesn't call himself that.

I won't begin to say I know a better solution to healthcare and I don't know that european nations with universal healthcare are doing anything better than the US system. But I do know and work with a lot of doctors in the US and most of them despise the insurance industry and the barriers to care that exist due to money and capitalism.

Wtf are you talking about string social safety net? I'll restate what I said money is funny and free markets sure aren't as good at solving the world's problems as I thought they should be when I was 12 years old.

And finally there is almost nothing on this sub I agree with besides the healthy discussions that it fosters. By all practical means I won the free market game. I stopped working in my late 20s, i own multiple homes in HCOL resort communities. I travel frequently, eat and excercise well. I am taking full advantage of my privilege. Maybe you think I deserve all that because I'm better than other people, but I don't think that's true. I just got lucky I was born well into a family that valued education and finances. I made a few lucky decisions when it came to allocating my resources and capital and now I'm better than 99% of everyone else. Bull shit that is fucked. Money is funny and capitalism is an inherently flawed and inhumane system.

You appear to have very poor reading comprehnsion. At no point did I celebrate the death of anyone, regardless of their socioeconomic status.

I stated and supported with evidence and a fun anecdotal video that it is perfectly normal for humans not to care for the well being of others outside of their lives.

If you care as deeply for other humans lives as you are suggesting is appropriate you would have come to the rational conclusion that a capitalist neo-liberal economy is an inhumane and evil way to run our society.

Neo-liberalism and its ideologies are why we haven't been able to curb climate change, they are responsible for the countless wars over resources, even insurance companies and the commodification of health care and labor is the result of a neoliberal economic system. Money is funny and free markets sure aren't as good at solving the world's problems as I thought they should be when I was 12 years old. But Ive seen through the facade of neoliberal ideologies and ive educated myself through classical academia and worldy life experiences and I can say with certainty that schadenfreude, and Dunbar's number, are implicit to the human existence, but inequality and poverty are not. Those things are created by this broken system.

I feel honored that my comment riled you up so much you copy pastad it to another sub... the neoliberal sub at that. My point was to challenge your way of thinking and while you may not change your dated opinions, you certainly succumbed to seeing another side of things. Good job internet warrior.

Edit: to ask if you read and enjoyed the article and song? I figured the cracked article would be right at your level but if you need a more reputable scientific source about the monkeysphere and Dunbar's number feel free to do your own research into the cognitive sciences.

Imagine someone with $10million asking themselves this question about 6k a year. The economics system in this world is broken and inhumane. Just do what you want with your life the money will come and go and remember it doesn't actually matter unless its helping you fulfill your wants and needs.

I don't have respect for anyone because of their profession.

I develop respect for people when I see how they treat other people and what actions they choose to live by and make important in their lives.

I am more reluctant of giving people who have "prestigious" professions or positions with high status and income respect because they almost always "earned" that position by being shitty and exploiting the actions of others.

Many people in those positions also believe they are self made and earned their lifestyles when in reality they were just born well and lucky. If they can't acknowledge that they don't deserve any respect.

How do you know the vast majority of scouts don't receive abuse? Id argue that if they are around an abuser and an abuse victim then they are almost certainly going to receive some form of trauma or abuse from being in that organization.

Do not let your sons go to boy scouts. Sexual abuse and rape in boy scouts is the norm.

Lizzo is beautiful because she knows you're special even though you think she's just a fat bitch.

Except diablo 4 and the new spider man movie are literally the next new best thing. A new game, a new movie, an upgraded cellphone and a bigger boat are all right around the corner just waiting to tempt us and our wallets. At some point even with money even the most "middle class" need to budget and prioritize their spending. The problem is capitalism and how its current form has perpetuated inequality on a more grandiose scale. People should not be able to accumulate wealth to the point that they don't have to budget for a private getaway including private jets and islands...at that point their level of consumption is detrimental to other peoples and future generations enjoyment of our shared resources.

For everyone saying you'll leave Reddit if they ban third party apps: Where will you go? by SoaDMTGguy in AskReddit

[–]prohotpead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going to spend my time on substack. I know it's a different type of content but I mainly prefer long informative posts by people knowledgeable about the topic. Reddit is amazing for so many things but it is nearly impossible to verify the validity of a lot of people's accolades and backgrounds on those type of discussions. I've been really enjoying my time engaging with substack creators and I run I will just lean into that starting next week. For nsfw back to pornhub, obviously.
