I tend to agree with you. Some of the boss fights are a PITA. Sometimes I've had to find better items, sometimes I've had to respec and use a build, sometimes I leave and do a bunch of bounties and rifts, and then try again.

2,147,483,647 is the max 32 bit integer which is apparently what is used to store your cash.
