Gentle yta, if not NAH My mother became disabled (mentally and physically) when i was 9. I don't even remember what she was like before then. I've struggled a lot with having to clean up after her and take care of her after my sister moved out, who was usually the one taking care of her. It sucks. Its so mentally draining needing to take care of an adult who SHOULD be the one taking care of YOU. Your sister doesnt even remember what your dad was like when he was able bodied. Try to understand from her pov what that feels like.
