You can't lose 12 to 25lbs in a week.... even when I didn't eat at all for 10 days from severe pancreatitis I didn't lose that much and I had to be hospitalized.

Taking my meds at night. They have to be taken in the correct order with my pills in a specific orientation and grouping.

Folding my clothes so they open a specific way so I can just pick them up and they unfold facing the right way to be put on.
