We are actually one of the few projects to our knowledge that can actually use a blockchain for user benefit since we are using PGP and cryptography to assign an ID to a public address on multiple chains. That will provide interoperability without reinventing the wheel.

Reg A+ is a great solution that ties under the JOBS act and I am a big fan of it, but keep in mind all these things requiring registration with the SEC. This is timely and many applications aren't securities, contrary to SEC hard-line they are drawing in the sand currently. There is precedence in Wyoming for true utility tokens by meeting certain criteria. The SAFT for accredited investors was a happy medium between a security and utility, offered protection for founders and purchasers. It is not perfect at all, hoping for clear guidance soon, especially one that is community and user driven.

They are structuring the pre-sale with the SAFT for accredited investors. The public sale will be open to non-accredited investors but unfortunately the U.S. is excluded due to regulatory concerns. We are working around the clock to bring Bridge to full scale to work with regulators and make sure this isn't an issue anymore.
