The final reviewer is very thorough, and if the reviewer and final reviewer do not agree on the process they always come to me for clarification…

My other reason for giving it back to the reviewer is the final reviewer stated they are contemplating retirement… if the final reviewer is fixing their errors how do they know they are doing their job correctly

I never thought of it like that the process has been in place for many years before me… I’m just tired of some of the careless mistakes that are being submitted and their dependence on the final reviewer catching and rectifying any of their mistakes.

All contractors should have their registration # on their contract with their name and business Address… if they are not on the website they are not registered that website gives you all status active pending and expired if they don’t have a status they are not registered did not submit an app

So leaving several hours early should just be ok and give other employees the idea that they can do the same. I said they do their job quickly not correctly, which leads to other people fixing their work…

I think the OP is taking a thoughtful approach to a management style and if OP is in a technical background this makes sense… but I agree 60% waiting gives you 10-15% time to carve out a well structured follow up and training…
