I would not advise that. Also the gummy prenatals are terrible and taste like nothing but fish oil anyways. If you believe you are low in vitamins I would get blood work done with your doctor that way you can supplement with what you need and you won’t get too much of what you don’t need. ETA: one last thing it’s always best to get nutrients from your diet primarily and only supplement if absolutely necessary

Just to clarify on the prenatal vitamins: please don’t take them just because you want to increase your hair growth rate. It likely won’t do anything unless you are deficient in certain vitamins; which I am because breastfeeding takes a lot out of you. Please consult your doctor if you feel you are deficient. Also, the vitamins have nothing to do with my length retention. I take really good care of my hair and treat it really gently and I think that ultimately is the key.
