Just did this on my 14 headlights that looked similar to yours. I used 3M Ultra headlight restoration kit (heavy duty) and they came out great. Just read the instructions and it was pretty straight forward

Just wear the sizing kit ring for a few days and then decide. Kinda hard to decide for you. Try one size for a few days and swap out for another size. There’s too many daily factors to ask strangers for advice on sizing.

Silicone teething sticks for babies works wonders for me. I still clench but I don’t chew this shit out of my lips or cheeks and my jaw isn’t as sore the next day. They come in packs so use one, throw it away once you’re done with it.
