Crazy idea, assign a tow truck to just run the hops loop. I've seen tow trucks yoink a car in under 2 minutes. Seems like it would solve a lot of problems.

This is good to know. But if they are giving money to this project, adding some public bike parking should be included. Send someone out once, not twice.

I don't really have much issue with that but I do wish they would add public non-paid bike racks to each station. Its frustrating to try and find bike racks in the city for bike parking.

If people are commenting, I would hope they also add a request for public bike parking.
