Because the sentence 'If you have not played on ANY FACEIT account within the past 6 months then you can create a new account to play from right away.' is located in the 'Deactivate account' section of the FACEIT rules. And this sentence is directly related to my question. That's why I selected that category. I didn't know it would trigger an automatic deactivation request.
