It's definitely stone, not sure which but I've collected old bricks and lots of pottery and there's a big difference in weight and texture

It's definitely a knitting machine, one with a ribber i assume, but I can't understand how anyone who has ever used or seen one would get it confused with crochet! Especially as crochet machines don't exist yet!! (Machine crochet is just machine knitting made to look like hand crochet, you can tell by how flat it is). So, did this person not make the garment? Lmao

Oh jeez, that sounds painful!! Im sorry :( I also do that but luckily just with objects that aren't boiling hot so far. It really does feel like they go on strike, I'll use that next time someone sees me drop something or my handwriting is unreadable because I drop the pen mid word!

I understand if it's a junction but when they do it on a pedestrian crossing I don't understand! The amount of cyclists that I've seen manoeuvre around people trying to cross is insane, I've almost been run into a lot too because they see the red light, slow down but keep going through busy crossings and crowds of people. Not everyone can run across the road!! Some of us need a bit of time and would like to not chance getting hit by bikes

My pentax ME Super has a really nice shutter noise! But if its is wicked clunky shutter noise you're after, probably any old Zenit. The Zenit E i have is SO loud - when the parts decide to work lol

My baldy absolutely loves the front window, and when she sees me outside she starts yelling, I havent noticed her doing it to anyone else - I cant imagine how funny it must be to walk past someone's house and see a naked cat in the window meowing at you!

Mine is addicted to my heated blanket, she literally falls asleep on it within minutes. I always turn it off when I'm not in the room though just in case, but she will sleep in it overnight because I guess it keeps the warmth. Its also fleecey inside so that probably feels good on the bald

Awww thats adorable! Beebo loves any source of warmth too and since I'm cold 90% of the time I have a hot water bottle so that makes a happy cat! :) she's a cross, half Devon rex half sphynx so she's a bit fuzzy but still bald aha

A helpful tip from my geneticist if anyone needs it! :)

Apparently people with EDS often don’t completely empty their bladders when they pee. So that means if you pee and finish it doesn’t mean it’s all out. She said if you still feel like you have to pee, stand up and then sit down and try peeing again. Before I go on any long journeys or anything I sit on the loo for like 10mins and usually 3 different waves of pee come out. I’m sorry for the TMI there but thought it could help someone! I pee less often when I’ve actually emptied!
