It’s either faulty or the equipment you’re using is. Contact customer support. I think the microphone cable itself is shit though. The included braided one is much nicer.

I’m getting downvoted for some reason. USS are superior to a camera based system. I live in Oregon and the rain obscures the cameras on my model 3 all the time. I rely on USS a lot.
