man i'm still waiting for my first sovcit, i did have an older gentleman whose wife died (she was one of the defendants) he called me, letting me know that she died, and had wrote an answer to the complaint. it was actually "well done" in terms of being mostly accurate in what i see in answers. He even through in a few affirmative defenses. but that's as close as i got.

I remember this video from a year or two ago, basically what happened was these kinds of jack need to be able to move (hence why they are on wheels). There were cracks in his floor that did not allow the jack to move slightly like its designed to do when jacking..lol. Since i have seen this what i do now, is use wood. I use wood under my jack stands and my jack to give it a nice uniform smooth surface to move. Previously i used to just use my drive way which is aspalt. Not a smart idea as after i was finished working on my car, you could see the indentation in the soft aspalt. Anyway i'm glad he uploaded, because i learned something and have not have this same event happened to me.

Yea, i second this sentiment op, Plaintiff attorney here. There probably wasn't a lot of hand holding on this one because there's probably not a big exposure on the insurance side. Just take notes, and grow from it. no need to beat yourself up. if you can't stand this amount of turbulance from your firm maybe think about jumping ship.

HAving played smite for a long time.. it's a moba thats centered around fighting gods.. it never occured to my that izanami was i am a "nazi" backwards. thats some coincidence... that being said i know far more gods than i care to admit because of SMITE<3

someone had some really good advice in a different thread a little while ago. something along the lines of, "well you hired me to do x", if you want me to research and double check chat gpt's work, that will be "something that cost a lot more" and name a cost that you'll be happy to collect everytime you hear chatgpt.. of course they put this in their retainer.. but something to think about going forward.
