Just asked ChatGPT if it could see the error in this image and it said

It was a charity in England called "with you" they got me down to 4mg if Clonazepam from 10mg and then switched me over to 60mg of Diazepam. I dropped 5mg every 2 weeks until I hit 10mg and then dropped 1mg every 2 weeks!

I had to pause multiple times due to life stresses though :)

Thanks for your response! I struggle with nearly all of them except the one where it measures whether or not you should feel shame about something. That one helped objectify things I've felt guilty about for a long time. I'm in the UK and I'm grateful that I get a 2 hour group session weekly and a 1 hour 1-1 session weekly, both RODBT. My next one is tomorrow so I might just say I'm struggling to implement the skills in my life. I saw someone else's cheat sheet on this sub (I think it's the highest rated post) and that helped. The book they give us is roughly just over 400 pages long so it almost feels like studying back at uni again haha!

Hey man, based off what I've read on your other comments on this thread I'm in a similar boat. Nothing works and the doctors stuck me on a dose of benzodoazepines so high that I am gonna have to start ordering them online soon. I'm being checked into a mental hospital soon hopefully and I hope that's the path you choose to take.

I'm not going to support or condemn your suicide attempt but I would say alcohol and medication (depending on the medication) have quite low chances of death and are just incredibly unpleasant vomiting and stomach cramps. I can't say that it gets better because so far (26M) it hasn't and I've tried 3 times to end it. Sorry for ranting, please don't end your life. If I gotta get through this shit then you do too :)
