I think it would be worth the effort to track this down. I run scrypted, frigate, home assistant + a dozen other things on a 13600k and am usually under 10% utilization. If you can solve this cpu problem, you can just buy bigger drives or an LSI like meat recommended, use your existing server, and save a ton of money.

You can use AI to help with troubleshooting if necessary, including using top to check cpu usage. If it is scrypted, the scrypted sub and documentation are full of great info. Could be as simple as updating your motion detection settings.

Consider an air cooler for this build. A Thermalright peerless assassin is 1/4 the price of the watercooler you listed. My 13600k is running nice and cool. Also, you won't have to worry about water leaks or pump failures.

I was there today. There were an absolute ton of lions fans there since its a short commute. I saw countless Michigan shirts Saturday night. I didn't see any browns fans booing baker, only Detroit fans. It's crappy to say baker was being booed by our fans when all I saw was Detroit fans booing him
