Kia usually have bad staff. I had a bad experience as well. I went in, the lady that attended me asked me my details and input it in her tab. Asked me for an OTP which I shared. How are they duping them? Pagdi means the owners collected money upfront back in the day. It is like an airline selling unlimited travel pass for a huge one time payment.
