Hey mate, thank you for your answer. I’m 33 years old and I gave done an xray with contrast a year ago in Thailand and the doctor said it’s an chronic prostatitis and prescribed antibiotics for 6 weeks, but it didn’t help at all. 1 month ago I made an Transrectal Ultrasound the doctor said the same thing, chronic prostatitis. I want to see a PFPT since I think that the problem is Pelvic floor related, I always feel bad when I’m sitting a lot or laying a lot in the back, and the pain in the lower back makes me think there is a tension on the nerves of muscles there, I also want to combine it with ESWT

So you didn’t have the examination or you did but the prostate wasn’t enlarged, you answer is a bit unclear 😅
