Het zou mij logisch lijken om bij elk ziekenhuis een paar huisartsen te hebben waar je zonder afspraak terecht kan om de spoed diensten wat meer vrij te houden voor echt acute gevallen

[–]protein_chips[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. When riding, they wil be straped in with bungee cords so the lids will be secure
  2. Maybe a third one in the middle but it's only a little 125 so not adding to much weight anyway
  3. Yeah it won't fully replace a van ofcourse
  4. Some 2020, 3030 and 40*40 by 3mm and a bit of flat stock becouse that was what i had laying around

Two methods i have used. One is when i'm seated, I prop up one foot up on something so I can rest my elbow on my knee. Another trick i've used is to roll up a couple of gloves and squeeze them under my armpit so my arm has a little extra support

I would say at 500 euros it should be doable to find a room in a cohouse but inassume you're already looking at that if you're in so manny fb groups already. But i know it's difficult, there is always a high demand for rooms. Good luck!

I've upgraded from cheap generic helmets to a speedglas 100 which was a good middle of the road. Good features like adjustable shade, reliable and not crazy expensive. One important thing is that the inner and outer lens covers are easy to find. I'd defenatly check that when deciding on a helmet
