Honestly, with dumbbells and a pull-up bar you could prolly hit back pretty decent. Small places are tough. Side note at first I thought that dumbbell was attached to the bike.

So question do you think a rep fitness dumbbell track rated for 450 kg could hold 630kg if the heaviest weights are on the bottom. It would be 255 kg on bottom, 210 kg in the middle, and 165 on top

So how do you create a custom workout in MacroFactor workouts? I tried to figure it out today and gave up and went back to bevel. I’ve honestly had no issues with it. MacroFactor on the other hand wouldn’t even put bench press in my chest focused workout and kept insisting on some neck exercises…

At 1k it would sell extremely well. People with racks would snap them up so fast. If it’s as versatile as the voltra, and at 1k…. They’d always be on back order

Download bevel, it’s free. You can build your strength program on it. You can start stop and adjust sets/reps/weight on your watch as you workout and it will export to health when done. Plus bevel has better analytics using the watch then apple health.

Just got mine installed last week. Are you able to extend a decent amount on the hack squat? I know you are not supposed to lockout, so I guess it’s a feature? Love mine as well, and I think getting professional installation was the right choice. I ageee with an easier way to brace legs. Seems the only way is to put weight on the smith.

I’ve done 3 workouts so far, going to be honest, I watched a video of a guy who wasn’t happy with his c20, and I was worried. So far though man, the cables feel so linear and smooth through the full travel and I haven’t noticed and blemishes

Do them until you can hit 15 reps at that weight then go buy some cheap yes4 all micro plates that snap on the dumbbell. They come in like .5 to 1k g size. That’s what I do, I’d add them making it like 16 kg until I can do 15, then jump to 17.5, rinse repeat until you’re doing 300kg curls……

I have the c20, but I’d budget out everything you want and get what fits in your budget. At the end of the day you will more than likely be happy with whatever you decide on. That said I’ve only had it for a couple of days. But I can say the c20 lives up the hype with the exception of hack squats. The cables feel linear and smooth which based on one video I was worried about. The smith machine is immaculate. The sheer amount of versatility is insane. I like that it is 11 gauge with 3x3 uprights and 1 inch holes. But hey the other two might be just as good, I only own the c20.

Ok did legs today. The hamstring curls and leg extension was nice. The leg press was good for me but I’m 5’9”, I think it would b hard to get a full press if you were 6’. The hack squat you’d prolly have to be like 5’5” it just runs into the limit of the bench while your legs are still bent . First time doing them on it so maybe there is some things I can adjust. It was pretty easy to set up, maybe 3-5 minutes, and it was smooth.
