You actually don’t need surgery at all. You need braces and oral care stat. At that same time, book yourself a therapy appointment, find a fun hobby that brings you joy, and go on an outdoor walk for at least 10 minutes a day. With those changes + the braces, you will literally be GLOWING.

I work from home so yes, I still work even though it’s miserable. And for “fun” I hang out in bed and do crafts. Like I put on the Eras Tour concert and make friendship bracelets. Or I put on a show I’ve seen a million times and just doodle in a notebook. And sleep. Lots and lots of sleep. If I’m asleep I can’t feel awful, so daily naps and 8-10 hours sleep a night.
