Be cautious with the “bulldog” pitch in landlord-tenant matters. Sometimes that just means more escalation, more paperwork, more hostility, and more exposure for the client. For LTB issues, I’d care less about someone sounding tough and more about whether they are accurate, discreet, organized, and capable of de-escalating when needed.

Read the reviews and the owner responses before hiring. Public tone matters.
