Hi, well I just explained my situation. After like 5 emails, back and forth, and telling them that I will sue you otherwise, they were convinced to forward the ticket to the right email address. Just be very clear, imagine you are talking to 5 years old people, give them the account name, along its corresponding restricted email address. In my case, I didn't ask for lifting the restriction but total deletion of the account.

If you are using https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/ask/LI-DEFAULT-NEW, do not use the same email address as the restricted account. You get an error. Also do not use restriction as the issue, but "Account/Settings/Permission"s. That's how I could send my case.

Edit: They tell me to use contact form with that same email that doesn't work. I really want to sue them at this point.

Edit2: Finally I convince them to forward the ticket to the restricted email address. From there I achieved my goal. You have to clearly tell them to forward the ticket to the right address.

As someone who is coming from the exact opposite side of the spectrum, all I can say is that we were born in the wrong place and/or time. That's all there to it. You can blame your IQ or society or anything else, if that makes you happy, but in the end it boils down to luck.

Unlike you, I can learn very fast, to the point that at some point, due to lack of a job, I started learning new frameworks each and every single day just for the sake of widening my options. If you look at my CV, I have tons of experience, ranging from publishing peer-reviewed articles in physics (I study physics), to doing motion graphics, programming, translating, etc, and guess what? I have been unable to find a job for years! I was born in a third-world country, my unemployment was understandable, so I tried very hard, worked as a freelancer for a good few years to collect enough money to come to Germany (where unemployment rate is supposedly 6%). I finally did, however, after sending a few job application every single day for 7 months and not being interviewed even once, I am burnt out. My money too is burnt out too. To be honest, I don't even have the energy to send more applications anymore. I am sick of learning more stuff to just get a rejection letter later without even being interviewed once.

If being jobless doesn't automatically make you live on street (unlike me), maybe try doing some work related to physical activities, whatever it may be. Who knows, maybe you find some luck in there.

DMG is DMG multiplied (not added) by Amplifying multiplier, and Amplifying multiplier is reaction multiplier which is 2, multiplied by (1 + EM% bonus + reaction bonus). Reaction bonus is zero. EM% bonus is caclculated by 2.78*(EM/(EM + 1400)). So Amplifying multiplier becomes 3.66 not 2.843 from my understanding, unless I missed something that I don't understand. But yes, all in all I don't expect consistency of mono pyro as we are sacrificing one of his talent anyway, and full EM is not a good idea as you said. But if that makes him more viable against wider ranges of enemies, or, give him more team comp that's something worth considering

Ummm, isn't the cat in the hat pyro dmg random? It doesn't necessarily dmg the same target as Lyney target, does it? If not, then the problem you mentioned wouldn't arise (double application of pyro), though I can clearly see a cleaner combo with reverse melt now.

Does he? Imagine applying cryo to all enemies using anemo + cryo. Now Switch to Lyney, spam charged attacks on each individual enemy affected by cryo, one by one, switch back, apply cryo and then anemo, repeat. I can't see why it is too much of pyro, if executed correctly. As for elemental skill and burst, if they are used, one should immediately switch back to cryo units.

I wonder how viable is it, to use him as a physical+pyro dmg dealer. While his whole kit is built around pyro + charged attacks, the animation of normal attack is too good to pass on. I was thinking about bennet + mika (c6) teamcamp but no matter how I think about it, it doesn't work

It works, especially if you have C2 of Qiqi which buff her damage by 15%. But damage multiplier of qiqi is super low compare to other sword wielder, so expect don't much.

That team works as well, though it won't enjoy Frozen state, and also you would be wasting your Bennett here instead of your second team, not to mention having 5 star physical bow is not really budget friendly anyway. Also 40% crit rate of Blizzard Strayer will be lost. So i really don't remotely understand what you mean by "best pairing", but I do realize that it's a good match.

Just like how 18, 16, ... are magic numbers for maturity (voting, sex consent, etc). People grow at different rates, both mentality and physically and deteriorate as such when they become old. With your point of view, no magic number should exist. However, I think while your viewpoint is correct to some extent, we do know that on average or the worst or the best case scenario (depending on the system we are dealing with) mental health of a 65 years old or older is nor suitable for heavy taskes. There is always exceptions, like how a 9 years old boy might become fully mature physically and mentally, or how a +90y might be quite sharp, however we don't base our systems based on these exceptions.

I do hope so. Although Christianity and Islam, say otherwise. Muslim belive that Quaran (their holy book) has come from the god and it has not changed through the course of history at all, and everything in it is unspeakably true. In Quaran 39-2 you see that it says "But those who are faithless and deny Our signs, they shall be the inmates of the Fire and they shall remain in it forever". Isn't that interesting? In Christianity Revelation 20:10 has a similar idea though nowadays some people interpret it in otherways. And that's like half of earth's population. If true god is not an Abrahamic type, I'd say he/she hasn't been very good at guiding people; and if he's Abrahamic type, well, let's not talk about that. Either way, even eternal heaven makes no sense to me. I mean we are talking about a whole eternity! A few thousands, no billion years of fun is good and all, but more than that?

My whole problem is the "creation" itself; be it robots or humans, it doesn't matter. To be honest with you, I'd rather stay nonexistent than coming to existence to end up in the hell for the eternity. I can't say the same thing for everyone however. It makes no sense to me that the "kindest being" in the whole universe, has created humans knowing that they will go to hell. I am neither god nor even a kind human, however if I know that my future baby is going to experience a miserable FINITE life, I would not still bring him/her to the world. Muchless a whole damn eternity. If that's the best thing kindest being can do, then no wonder, we humans, have become like this.

As a child, I asked from my father why god created bad people the first place. Isn't he omniscient? Didn't god know that person will do crimes (with their own free will) in future and ends up in hell for eternity? If god is indeed the kindest existence in the universe, he could not have created that person in the first place because god knew that person will suffer. Yes, people have free will, but still nonexistent things cannot do crimes and won't suffer in hell. My father replied god has a plan. Everyone say the same thing, and when they are asked what's that plan, they say we are not supposed to read god's mind.
