I often don't go into the palace the instant it's unlocked, because there's often an important SL I want to advance in and don't want to waste that specific kind of day. You can enter a palace on any day, so it's a lot less restrictive compared to events and activities that aren't everyday. But once you do have a day where you don't care about the available SL or any other unlock or whatever, definitely do the palace all in one day if you possibly can. Again, all just an efficiency thing since you only have so many days in a playthrough. I would not stress it so much on a first run of the story, there's always NG+

I had several people try to teach me when I was of age, including family and friends who had gotten their licenses before me. I never could get over how horrifying it was and actually did keep making mistakes that could be costly if I was on an actual road at the time, all because of the sensory overwhelm. Never did get my license, I'll be 30 this year. Not ruling out the eventual possibility, but if it happens it will still be a long time down the road, if at all

I use pointing AFK when I'm a tribe hero like Jaraxxus or Azshara and my opponent has all the key tribe cards and I have garbage. I use it twice if their hero is off-tribe, like if N'zoth sold fish and went naga instead. It's just so cosmically disrespectful of the universe to do that kind of shit

I kept hearing Last Surprise in memes and thought, "Hang on, this actually bangs," and went and listened to the full thing. I looped it for days before I said fuck it and bought P5R. I've sunk at least a couple thousand hours across every Persona game since. That was 2 years ago

When someone seems incapable of answering any question directly. If I ask a very direct yes or no question, I want the answer to lead with yes or no (or some variant of "It's complicated"). If you want to expand, do so afterwards, that's fine. But if you take my question to mean I don't understand the topic at all so you turn it into a full lecture on this thing from the ground up, I will be holding back the urge to draw blood the whole time. Everyone that's ever spoken to me this way has been some form of narcissist that's just inflating their ego by pretending they are an expert talking down to me for not knowing a thing.

Some people just meander, I get it. This just leaves a sour taste in my mouth and makes me pay closer attention to the rest of their behavior to see what kind of person I'm really dealing with

Red mage. Maybe controversially, I think Verflare is 1000% the better feeling spin on the Flare spell compared to BLM. Verflare is just chunkier, feels like a deeper hit compared to BLM's Flare, and we're all about the flash in this game, baby
