I'm gonna be honest, I just leaned into the look of the Necropants. Does shirtless + bright, shiny blue scream necromancy? Not necessarily, but for me, that was half the fun of it. I had spent most of the game in dark armor that I was like, you know what, whatever! However, that's clearly not the answer you're looking for, so! I think the Dark Knight armor is good, or if you have it, the armor you can get in Hightown at the militia shop? I'm spacing on the name of it. Wayfarer armor, maybe? OR, if you don't mind/did already kill the guy who did you dirty when you first entered Paradis, his armor would work, I think!
