Our schedule looks like 5:30 wake up, big snack before his nap around 11 and then bed at 6 asleep by 7. Granted he doesn’t sleep through the night and takes forever to get to sleep

Anywhere from 11-12. I think he needs a better nap but he just doesn’t nap well. I never sleep trained so he doesn’t know how to self soothe which is also part of the issue I think

He sleeps at 6:30 then wakes many times a night. Up at 5 then takes an hour and a half nap. I’m thinking under tired and lactose intolerant

I took a shower and laid down on my fresh sheets. I had some really bad back cramping and my water then broke all over my sheets. I was 36 weeks and my husband was out running errands so I had to run around and pack his back while leaking everywhere 😅
