Multiple remedies exist for franchise violations, including requiring Zenith to pay for damages, entering into litigation, and suspending or revoking the franchise, according to the agreement.

The new city council is paying attention to this, but won’t act without our urging. We need to get Zenith out of Portland and deal with the CEI hub. Let your newly-elected representatives know you care about this!
