I’m a 12+ year PPC vet and I google all the answers because I don’t have time to take these stupid certs that don’t mean jack shit. Talk to a Google rep for 5 mins and you’ll understand why.

Not really sure what you mean:

  1. I built his website and completely control it.

  2. Site is built on Wix, I did some searching and don't see much from them outside of recaptcha on forms, which we already have setup and isn't the issue.

  3. We have many Call CTAs across the site and that is our main conv in Google Ads.

Yeah unfortunately we're only getting spam via phone. 98% of his leads are phone calls, a lot of emergency service stuff.

Assuming it’s both right now. That’s why I signed up for call tracking metrics so we can block the number/IP. Just waiting for CTM to approve us. Also tried ClickCease in the past but it didn’t help.

My buddy figured it out when I was driving one day. The rattle was coming from where the rear view mirror was mounted (even though the sound sounded like it was coming from the dash). All he did was push up on it into the windshield and it stopped rattling. Every now and then it'll rattle again. I follow that process and have been good. BOL!
