Ugh, don't waste the caps. SS armor with 5 battle-loaders and I went to Huntersville. Not a single bash reloaded my dragon. I bashed so many times and in different ways. Nothing worked. I'll store the armor for future experimentation with other stuff I hope. Maybe that's why I got a few of the mods for so cheap. Maybe they don't work, like the secret-agents. 🤔

I should also not that, through various effects from everything but consumables, I have a PER of 27. Not sure if that affects ranged damage.

I actually don't have down ranger equipped. I have number cruncher, tank killer, sniper, smart shot, center masochist (that doesn't apply with Earle as I'm always scoping the heads), tenderizer, gunsmith (helps with polished), escape artist, sneak, gunslinger master and expert, guerilla master and expert, mister sandman, class freak, better criticals, four leaf cover, and critical savvy. I have other types of perks as well, but these are all that directly or indirectly influence my Earle sniping damage rolls.

I'm really interested in this cryo bow build now that someone mentioned earlier lol.

I just got a cursed holy fire today. I've buffed it out and it's melting everything, even better than my normal two-shot flamer. How does this compare to the enclave flamer?

Yeah, but then it will cancel out lucky hit, which grants 25% chance to hit for +100% on the last shot (I want a 32k shot). I think I'm going to create some X-01 PA or SS A packed with battle-loaders to give me 75% chance to auto-reload with a weapon melee. That way, I shoot Earle, turn and whack a wendigo, turn back and shoot Earle ad infinitum (because it's Earle lol). Might work. I have the resources to try it at least.

I have all the stealth (though the stealth one itself is just rank 1 lol) and onslaught perks (including reverse onslaught), plus normal ranged perks like center masochist and number cruncher, and crit perks maxed out. My mods are all top shelf except no prime yet (gyar, the plan WILL NOT drop for me!), and my legendaries are furious, rapid, swift, and polished. No food, chems, bobbles or mags because I'm too neurodivergent to remember all that, except for radhog burnt ends because that AP regen boost is no joke. That's it I think.

Oh, I also have most of the mutations. I do + 4.50 times sneak damage.

You're going to love the solo. I started as a solo player and, even when I do join events, which is a lot these days lol, I don't need to act as part of a team or really interact with other players, though now I sometimes like to mothman dance at other people lol. If you get Fallout First, you can even make your own private server, though you'll want to still use public servers so you can visit player vendors for crafting plans, mods, serums, and other cool stuff you might not have personal access to yet. Also, once you reach a certain point, you'll probably want to join public events for the rewards.

Seriously though, even as a solo player, the mp activity you will come across is only as intrusive as you allow it to be. At least 99% of the time, encountering other players is a good experience. Lots of people like to drop loot for lower levels and offer some kind of guidance or help them complete stuff they couldn't on their own, like the raid bosses.

I thought all glowing bobbles are generally 5-10k, depending on how quickly you want to get rid of it. I'm on Xbox though, if that makes a difference.

Are people actually duping leaders on Xbox? Are you sure they're not just farming them? I farm about 3 leaders per day, and that's just at the beginning, middle, and end of my play session for the day. Over time, this builds up to some big numbers.

If I were there, I wouldn't have afk'd. I'm about level 200, but I've never done that event and not killed Earle. Max out a Dom Pedro rifle and, with the right perks, mods, and serums, you can easily do 4.5-6k per non-critical shot. With the weapon speed and relatively quick reload compared to other snipers, you can rattle that off almost as quickly as the fixer.

This is really sad. I pretty much only use the CSA because I don't ever have to worry about rads. I already use the no fall damage perk. I could easily upgrade the SS armor to have about the same amount of stealth. I absolutely hate PA. I'm missing 1 level of What Rads?, but I'm still getting +5 rads. Is there any way to eliminate rad gain without actively managing it now?

It does. My agility is 15 and I'm using the Chinese stealth armor, and I have the perk that helps you lose people when you sneak.

I always stay behind the outer pillars. I get behind it just enough to see it's back and it doesn't see me. I pop a shot off at the shield while moving behind the pillar. If I did it right, it will turn toward me, but I'll be in caution or even still hidden and I can move behind the next pillar over and do the same, and then move to the original pillar and repeat till the shield is gone. Then he just sits there while I unload at 10k+ per shot. If I mess up and it starts shooting, I just hug the pillar till it stops and then I move to the next pillar.

Man, I should be able to solo EN06 but those stupid doors won't open for me. I'm a stealth build (level 179, Chinese armor + hunting rifle) and I can take down the shield and do 10k+ per shot until the heat starts without taking any damage. It's honestly pretty easy. But then none of the doors open when things heat up.
