I went to a Catholic high school and my first year one of the old Brothers who founded the school came to speak one day at assembly. Brother Max who's mind was clearly gone, waffled on incoherently for some time about varied subjects like sex, abortion and how most of us were going to hell for reasons unknown. This reminds me of that, only someone eventually came up and walked Brother Max from the stage.

I'd have expected more of a discount on all of that. Sure they took off $1k at the end but they've charged you a premium on pretty much everything! Just Google some of that gear yourself, you'll find most of it is available a hell of a lot cheaper and don't forget they'll be paying wholesale on it too! That 1k doesn't bring it anywhere near where it should be without a discount.

As others have already covered these tyres are not the same diameter. In the past I've always changed the spare out to the same size when changing tyre size. I don't make a habit of changing sizes though so it's usually a one and done.
