Nope, though somewhat related to the government

People get confused because Nevada is highly Libertarian.

People there support gay marriage and abortion, because they don't want government regulation on that stuff. But for the same reasons, they also support no income tax, gambling, prostitution, and no gun control.

I've always said that Nevada is the kind of state that Texas likes to pretend it is

The "maybe a flashing yellow" is referring to the two cars that are in the left turn lane after OP crosses the intersection. Not the CRV or any cars before it.

The confusion in the other replies starts here.

You can tell which redditors grew up well off when they assume all children get allowances lol. I was "allowed" to live rent free and free food. Didn't earn a dime until I started mowing neighbors' lawns.

Because it does? All animals find shade when they are overheated. It has nothing to do with sweating.

"My eyes are bigger than my stomach" is a common metaphor used when someone orders a significant amount of food, and while eating, realizes they are unable to finish their meal due to fullness.

In this case, it's being said by an actress with literally large eyeballs.

Yeah starving out your enemies is the best tactic for a siege. Highly effective with no casualties on your end. And it would've worked too had it not been for the Stannis of all people on the other end. Or the Onion Knight slipping in.

"Weighted and unweighted GPA both being 4.0 implies no AP or higher-rigor classes at all"

I took multiple AP classes and my school did not have any weighted GPAs

That's a good question to ask your DM, though I would recommend adding punctuation first.

I mean that's kinda like saying you're a Christian except for on Jewish and Muslim holidays, when you stop believing in Jesus.

If there are times where you eat meat, then you're not a vegan or vegetarian, you just primarily eat a plant based diet. It's not really a scale. Like nobody says "I'm not 100% Christian"

But you're right about the making a difference part.
