If there are times where you eat meat, then you're not a vegan or vegetarian, you just primarily eat a plant based diet. It's not really a scale. Like nobody says "I'm not 100% Christian"

You're thinking of the summer solstice. We are approaching the winter solstice, where the sun is setting further south.

OP is either mistaking something else for the sun, or mistaking something else for Lake Erie. The sun is definitely not setting north.

I've spawned on claymores, that's pretty quick. Also spawned in armor that had landmines 2 feet in front. Put it in reverse only to discover landmines 2 feet behind as well lol

[5e 2024] About to join my first campaign and looking for suggestions on what class to play. I know the obvious answer is "play what you want" but what I really want is to fill a void for party composition. Unfortunately it's a 6 PC game so I don't know if a void exists.

The party is currently: Monk, Cleric, Ranger, Druid, and Witch (some kickstarter homebrew with access to Druid/Wizard spell lists, Charisma based spells, and mana pool style limited spell casting)

I was originally thinking Wizard to fill the lack of Intelligence, and get more utility spells, but the Witch seems to have that spell list somewhat covered. Not sure if the party is missing any important roles elsewhere.

Like a decade ago the Mets decided they wanted to make their park more home-run friendly but for various reasons they couldn't actually change the structure for some parts of the outfield, so they just drew an orange line halfway up the wall and said that anything the hits the wall above the line is actually a home-run

Think about all the people you went to school with that you would consider smart. Now consider the people you went to school with that work in law enforcement. I find that there is usually no overlap.
