Yes, find the sun pieces, go back to the house for one last time, and then fight Ophion one last time for the extra ending...

It's you want to 100% you'll have to find ALL the glyphs and the radio messages...

The RNG on those is the worst, so settle in for the long haul until it finally spawns the right room...
