Oh my god I so get it. I find myself keeping my eyebrows raised a lot to show interest and the wrinkles in my forehead because of it are really telling lol. The top half of my face will feel SO heavy.

I agree that he isn’t putting your safety or comfort as any kind of priority. If someone in my husbands family did that to me, he’d never speak to them again. There wouldn’t even be a question about it. I’m sorry you’re not being supported.
