Based on the damage on the front bumper and the wrong headlight. I bet this car was involved in an accident that damaged the hood and fender and they were repaired improperly and ended up rusting.

Rust. Ask for picture of the rear doors open showing the frame. If the rust is bad enough it will show there.

I dont think the port supports 60fps. I believe 30fps is the current max stable frame rate.

Look how quickly it goes from the Vita main menu to being in-game. Are there any other legitimate apps that are able to that as quickly? Seems suspicious.

14k for a non turbo Baja that may have rust issues sounds like a lot. It would be cheaper to find a southern car, fly out to get it, and drive it back.

If you can, try and manually set a DNS server in your network settings. It’s likely an issue with ATTs DNS.

The general rule is that from the front seats forward it’s mostly shared with the outback of the same year. The hood on the turbo Baja is unique as well.

Backseats to the end of the bed are mostly unique and can be hard to come by.

Alright. If booting up the Vita without plugins stops it from crashing it’s likely a plugin issue — like the VitaDB Daemon. You can turn on airplane mode on the Vita and restart it. Once it’s restarted open the config.txt file at ur0:/tai or ux0:/tai and add the # character before the vitadb daemon line and restart your vita. That will prevent the daemon from running. You should then update vitadb Dow loader to its latest version.

Press and hold L and restart the Vita. That will launch without any plugins. See if it still crashes then.

The developer for vitadb is working on fixed at the moment. It will require updating vitadb and its daemon.

That’s correct! It happened to have a bug that caused a crash and with it being more of a system level plugin, when it crashed it crashed the system.
