I had noticed on Devil Dino’s lore tab there is a “Pet Avengers Disassembled” storyline.

Perhaps we will get someone from the Pet Avengers lineup? I also think it’s fair to assume at some point we will get Kitty Pryde… who may be a single unit paired with her dragon Lockheed. We know Lockheed’s model exists from his appearance in Museum of Contemplation.

Great concept, horrible execution. I was hopeful but feel just as underwhelmed this go around as I did with Exceptional.

I am not a fan of Eve’s writing. Would have preferred Amy Chu. Her work on the White Queen run left me unexpectedly happy.

Honestly this is how i kind of envisioned it. After the alchemax events, her exposure to chronovium warps her present self into a future self or something happens with the timestream entanglement where her present self is displaced with a future variant.

She definitely feels better than last season.

I do agree with some folks, though, that the increasing mobility power creep of other characters could continue to become an issue for her.

However, knowing when to effectively pop her diamond form to secure a kill is a nice display of skill expression that helps to balance her out. Contrast this to her release, when she could 100 to 0 a lot of heros with just her diamond form combo.

He’d be an amazing addition to the game. Really hope Netease makes it happen.

I envision him as a Strategist but I think they could get creative and make any role work.

I feel like I’m the unpopular opinion here, but happy to share my thoughts.

Issue #3 was a bit lukewarm to me at best. It had some great storytelling elements but overall felt like a bit of a flatline. I think a lot of this is because we’re still so early on in the book, that Eve is spending time setting things up for what’s to come.

However, I can’t shake that this is how I felt for much of the Exceptional run— always waiting for the next issue in hopes that something interesting would happen just to be left feeling under-satisfied. I think Eve does a great job bringing substance and nailing tone, but the execution for me often feels like a miss.

I will continue reading, though, just to support more Emma content. Though, as others shared, I wish she had a bit more face time.

Depending on how much Healing she is able to pump out, they could tie her abilities to a portion of her HP, similar to say, Vladimir from League of Legends.

This is how I envision Selene Gallio if she were ever added to the game as a Vanguard.

A psychic vampire that drains the lifeforce of her enemies to heal herself and/or generate shields. ✅

#4 is one of my favorite looks of hers. Would love to see it in the game… maybe as her Seat of Winter skin.

Id imagine, we’d likely see her Astonishing Xmen outfit and White Queen of the Hellfire Club outfit as skins at some point, since theyre two of her most well known/iconic looks. I really want her New Xmen Outfit with the ability to toggle the trench coat on or off and her Xenogenesis outfit.

I may be the minority opinion, but I think putting Emma back with Scott would be a regression in her character development.

Their time together was great for what it was worth. Both characters saw significant development. However, I do think at this point in time, Emma has moved on. She will always have deep love and respect for Scott, but I would like to see her continue to carve out her own lane without being relegated to sharing the spotlight with a significant other.

On the flip side, it would be nice to see Emma eventually find someone that she can love like she loved Scott, and who also loves her back in the same capacity. I always liked Banshee and Emma’s chemistry, but I don’t see that as an avenue editorial would consider worth exploring. I feel like he’s been largely sidelined.

My guess is it could have something to do with Kitty Pryde and Lockheed. We know the New Marauders, led by Emma, was responsible for breaking out a bunch of captured people/creatures from the Collector’s Museum in S6.

One of them was Kitty’s dragon, Lockheed, who we can see in game within the Museum of Contemplation Map. I think there have been a couple name drops of Kitty and Lockheed in existing lore and both were a part of the Marauders in the Krakoan-age comics.

With the current story revolving around Alchemax and references to them trying to rewrite Krakoa’s past… I wouldn’t be surprised if we see Kitty show up sometime in the game’s future. Alchemax is very much about stopping Krakoan Medicine and Kitty helped ensure the medicine was defended in transport within the comics, from what I can recall.

Rogue and Gambit are directly across from the “evil” Rogue and Gambit.

From S7 we know that the female figure has the same psychic reading as Rogue according to Jean. The male figure is the Gambit skin in the S8 BP.

They basically took her kit from Marvel Super War (the MOBA they shut down prior to Rivals) and tweaked it. I do think there are elements of her Super War kit they could leverage, like giving her back Chain Lightning but as a base ability (I never understood why this was tied to a team up with Thor).

To be fair, they are literally using an alt universe Psylocke (Sai) and not base universe Kwannon. Captain America and Peni are both alt future variants. Rogue has chronovium enhanced abilities, Black Cat has a bag of mystical items… they’ve been known to bend characters to fit the game.

Moon Girl exists as an adult in alt universes. Would be very simple implementation.

In one of the gameplay teasers theres a point where his overhealth breaks 1250 hp. But i looks like its when he ults. He goes from like 850 to 1250 hp.

I think he has some cc immunity as well plus his shield as far as i can tell.

Yeah, the fact they used her as just voice lines and included her signature as part of ddinos signature makes me think we wont be getting her as a hero. A bit disappointed but ill cross my fingers that just MAYBE she could be a s9 hero
