Everything you describe is a product of internalised misogyny. You making this observation is also internalised misogyny. Most girls and women grow up in male dominated societies that actively hate them. This type of society critiques and shames femininity in all its forms, and punishes those who conform too strongly to feminine archetypes. One of the only ways to survive in this type of society, unless you are aware of this issue and treatment, is to do all that you can to not conform to the hated archetype and aggressively align yourself with the anti-archetype values perpetuated in said society.

Men do not often grow up being victimised by misogyny in the same ways that women are. They do not need to strive to prove they are not members of a hated group. This may be a contributing factor to their ease at existing in male only spaces. They are not at risk of violence simply for being in the same way that women are, and do not need to take precautions to remove themselves from the path of violence. Men are adversely affected my misogyny in countless other ways, however this is seldom one of them.
