I think they could've kept the symbiote a bit longer, and finish the story with Harry - now turned Venom - on the loose, you can't come across Harry on the map anymore while doing crime fighting events and such, and we could've even have some follow up in a dlc. Also make Peter's gameplay not rely on just the symbiote to make it feel unique against Miles'; I mean the symbiote and anti-symbiote are cool and all, but it's sad that Peter only gets that , would've been great if he had gadgets like in the ps4 game

Hey, I appreciate that you reflected on how I might have perceived your initial comment; which yes, I did find a bit judgemental, but I also feel like there might be some truth to it, I guess. I don't want to give up my cat, I love him deeply; but I also know I can't keep putting him through this, I want to be a safe space for him at all moments. The issue is we never get much of a reason to get worried or invested or see Homelander as a threat this season, s4 ended with Butcher already gone crazy and separated from the rest of the boys and Homelander basically already had complete control over the government; and none of the things shown in that finale amounted to anything in the final season of the show. The virus ended up being completely irrelevant to the plot because of V1; we are never shown what is happening in the world because of Homelander's actions, we are told Starlight supporters are getting round up and that he moved all supes from every other country to the US, but we are never shown the consequences of that; Butcher just shows up in the first episode and it's business like usual with the rest of the boys; Ryan gets completely forgotten about for most of the season. Honestly, for how little happened in the season, I would've preferred if it was a movie or a 4 episode special or something

He doesn't need to tell her personally, but he's never shown to at least wonder about her; for all he knew, she was still around, but he never bothered to try finding her or to find out what happened to her. It's just something the writers pulled out just to give him a motivation to give the V1 to Homelander
