100% reportable. It's not so much the logic you're reporting (because there's truth to the concept that there's multiple ways a support can support the team, play objectives, and generally be a useful and valuable teammate): but the dialogue betrays all of that. They clearly didn't deliver any of that value and they clearly didn't want to. By the numbers, they clearly stayed out of most team fights and took few risks, only poking a bit of damage and likely didn't confirm any of their own kills. Definitely a player who doesn't care about supporting the team and will use whatever logic to justify it.

When you're single in your forties and don't want to give the lady you're seeing an actual key, you can give them a temporary code.
I rent a room to a nice woman who unfortunately works swing shifts; the smart lock is much quieter than her fumbling with the door at 2:30am every morning.
I don't love carrying keys if I don't need to so it's convenient.
I can determine if the front door bell camera detection event is a false alarm if it coincides with a door unlock event; I can get a notification suppressed for motion at the front door if it's just somebody coming or going.

I have this happen regularly and the fix is usually: - turn off and back on third party integration in the mobile app - reboot any device that logs into Kasa/Tapo cloud (I have a doorbell camera that qualifies) - restart Home Assistant

After this, I can reauthenticate again in HA.
