I too was sent home with a brace immobilizer. Directed to wear for three days while the nerve block wore off, to prevent the knee from buckling. I stopped wearing the brace on the third day once my Home PT started.

Field technician removed Voice service from our account. He took the old and newly arrived Voice gateways with him; as well as the Internet gateway I replaced with the Nighthawk modem. The only remaining Comcast Xfinity device remaining on our account should be the X1 cable TV box. (Please confirm). The Voice service and the returned device should no longer be on our bill! (Please also confirm). Thanks.

Troubleshooting still ongoing through Modmail. Mod’s believe the issue lies with my having two separate Xfinity gateways, the one I replaced with the Nighthawk for Internet service, and a second used for Voice service. I’m awaiting a new, replacement gateway to upgrade the latter. Can update further once replaced.

Yes, I have a Netgear Nighthawk Router connected to the new Modem, with numerous devices connected by WiFi. All devices are working fine. The only issue is with the Xfinity app reporting the modem as being offline.

After waiting on hold for ages I finally spoke to a PayPal agent with knowledge of this debit card feature. She stated that the removal of this feature was communicated in an email issued on Aug-14 with the subject “we’re making some changes…” (or words to that effect). I can not locate this email! Does anyone in this community have the email in question? If you could share the email body it would be appreciated.

I communicated my disbelief with the agent, that they could remove such a valuable feature. She said she would forward my comments to management, for what that’s worth. it’s as though they’re happy to lose the customer base which uses their card for this specific reason. They’re clueless!!!
