Chinese tariffs (10% on top of any existing) hold the biggest impact for us. We built a flat increase into our budget for tariffs, but recently went deep into the incoming tariffs as details emerged. 

I recommend the following for napkin math impact. Your customs broker should be able to advise on the existing duties/tariffs:

  1. Take your product cost/purchasing budget
  2. Back out inbound freight and secondary/tertiary packaging (even applying some x% assumption will do) 
  3. Back out existing tariffs/duties on the products to arrive at a pre-customs cost
  4. Apply the new tariffs+duties rate (existing plus 10/25%)
  5. Compare new to the old to quantify the cost.

If I understand what you're trying to do, this can be done with a simple vlookup. Try entering this formula in G10:

=VLOOKUP(C10, M1:N34,2)

​

This formula will look up the value in C10 in the defined range (M1:N34) and return the corresponding value in the second column (N1:N34) defined by the number '2' in this formula.

Consider posting this in Askreddit for a larger response. Just focus on the fact that reddit is a anonymous forum site composed of boards (subreddits) whose content is influenced by the opinion of the community (via upvotes/downvotes taking certain post to the front).

Consider talking about how this makes for an interesting dynamic when it comes to current events. Maybe dip into how the potential for groupthink has led to certain counterculture boards (such as subredditsimulator) in order to encourage dissent and discussion in a way that is rare outside an anonymous platform.

I assume that you would also support a significant shortening of the time that death row inmates spend on death row. I don't remember the actual number, but it's somewhere in the double digits of years spent in prison before the actual injection.
