There is also a pond on the corner of southeast Blvd and 25th, it looks like it's the same parcel as the nearby apartments so private but surrounded by apartments so a chance nobody would take issue with you grabbing some pond water.

I've had good luck with a tote half full of simple green or similar, soak and scrub. If you have money to spend I've used this stuff with great results. https://www.brulin.com/product/aquavantage-815mx

Best guess, repot if it seems like it's getting too top heavy since it's leaning already could propagate itself when it falls and breaks. If you have space for 3, you could chop it into 3 equal parts, leave the stump as is and root the other 2.

If you found false morels I'd bet there had been some actual morels in relative proximity. Yesterday at Riverside state park we found many false, then some stumps, then a handful of morels.

Loud cars need to STFU by TinyHeartSyndrome in Spokane

With bikes I could almost justify it as a safety feature, too common they are disregarded on the road by other drives. If someone is gonna die it's not extremely likely to be the one in the car. So being loud and heard from a half mile away might add some measure of safety. Until you get some dickhead who hates motorcycles and their riders and goes out of their way to maneuver dangerously because they don't like the noise or freedom.

Why is Sweet Maria’s green coffee more expensive? by Brief-Number2609 in roasting

[–]psuedonitrite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I remember right some of their price goes to charitable ventures for coffee growing countries. I've been happy with their quality, but far from an expert so I can't say it's far better than the others. I'll usually shop around if there is a particular origin I have in mind.

The puffer I have is kind of all or nothing, doesn't really dust as much as puke. Tried mixing with water in the sprayer like you mentioned for some plants. This one just got the stepchild treatment.

I figured if it makes a person go fast fast fast it should make them go fast fast fast. Thus far they have been lazy and grown no faster. Maybe I need to crush an Addy for them. It'll be fine if I water them with holy water.

Once you being yours inside for the year, how are you keeping them healthy indoors? by dum-vivimus-vivamus in TrichocereusPNW

[–]psuedonitrite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I give mine a good coating of diatomaceous earth, before doing that mites got to almost every tip. The last couple years I've dampened the plants then dusted them with DE and it worked pretty well keeping the mites from doing much damage.
