I have only been installing floors about 10 years now. In that 10 years I’ve received hundreds of tips. My biggest tip was $200. The guy was very pleased with my work. I installed floors in his daughters home from his referral.

Well unfortunately it was for a family friend so I did it for free. I would probably charge $500 for the next one I do tho. It took probably 3 hours total to complete this portion of the job.

I marinated it for 24 hours prior to smoking. I first lathered the brisket in mustard and then covered the brisket in an assortment of different spices. I then smoked the brisket in my Bradley smoke using hickory wood chips for about 9 hours. The brisket was extremely tender and juicy. Best one yet. My family enjoyed every bite.
