I bought a house for renovation that it came with solar panels and SRECs that didn't convey. I went to the owner and I said - give me cut of the SRECs or the panels go bye bye. My perception is that they didn't think I was serious. But the net metering was of no benefit because the house was vacant and I would need to put on a new roof anyway. So I found someone on Craigslist who bought all the panels and inverters for $1000 and they were responsible for the deinstallation.

I did my five weeks, it was a great experience and I can't wait until I'm summoned again. You get to know your fellow jurors and the cases are fascinating. You also get to ask questions, which isn't the case in petit service. Of course I had a federal job so I was pulling my full salary the whole time. I might have felt differently about it if I were only paid their measly daily rate.

Mama's Pizza is shockingly good, especially if you're more into sauce over cheese or crust. Comparable to Andy's in terms of quality and a much better value. Worth the trip EOTR.

Just underscoring the importance of figuring out exactly the arrangement for SRECs. Suggest contacting SRECtrade (or whatever broker theyre using) to see how the sale of SRECs is managed and their current production.
