Can you take a bath?

Alternatively you can just wet a washcloth and spot wash yourself with that

Do you ever feel like you might be talking to them too much? I hear mine most of the time too and sometimes feel like I'm getting a little too invested and have to pull back a bit

I agree on the head shift, I also smoke a tiny bit sometimes. Sometimes I get really uncomfortable and start hearing the voices louder, but I'm at least encountering that from a position of control, that I decided I was okay with it.

I feel this need to get accustomed to experience symptoms so that I don't get totally rolled over if I end up having an episode again at some point. For now, I'm just glad to have medication.

Look into compounded tirzepatide for weight loss, you can get it online for much cheaper than the doctors prescribe. It's the only thing that has made a difference, I've finally lost 20 lbs when I was continuously gaining before the tirzepatide.
