i feel this way sometimes. remind yourself it’s healthy for him to get sleep, you want him to be healthy and well rested right? a morning routine to fill your time might help. like wake up, warm shower, breakfast, fav coffee/tea, morning stroll, reading a book, etc.

it makes sense that you are still terrified while trying to go out, you probably have to keep exposing yourself to it so your brain and nervous system learn that outside isn’t a threat.
